Anti-Gout Diet

Avoid the following foods and beverages

Alcoholic beverages
organ meats, ie. liver and kidneys
turkey
veal
game meats, ie. venison, pheasant, partidge
fish, such as sardines, mackeral, herring, smelts, mussels, cod, trout,
haddock, salmon
fried foods
bacon
certain vegetables like asparagus, spinach, mushrooms, corn, lentils, peas
certain fuits like canberries, prunes, plums
excessive beads and cereal grains
